| Wellborn Forest will never be a paperless business or so we thought. However with the document storage system designed and implemented by Management Control we are closer than ever imagined. The hunt for filed documents has been cut at least 85% with less time spent away from the users desk, phone, or administrative duties. We are very pleased with all the training and support we have received through the implementation process. We are also pleased with the continuing service and personal attention given by Management Control staff. |

| When I first heard about DocMan and all it's capabilities I was excited, but hesitant because we had so many historical documents. With Management Control's staff working with our management team, we came up with a plan for implementing DocMan. We then assigned a few employees the task of scanning and indexing documents a few hours each week, and with the helpful indexing methods, in a very short time we were able to exceed our goals. As the number of documents in DocMan increased, so did our productivity. Looking back I am so glad we decided on DocMan, I can't imagine doing business any other way. |

| A few words about our use of docman. It saves those of us that research orders a tremendous amount of time. Before we purchased DocMan, we had to search through boxes and filing cabinets, or have an administrative assistant search for us, wasting not only time, slowing down the process, creating a frustrating work environment, but also costing our company money. With DocMan, we can now access multiple documents in seconds, and provide restrictive access to those sensitive documents that need safeguarding . I Love it, and would recommend it to anyone. |
